FLOWER CARE TIPS
Check the water level of your arrangement every 1-2 days and keep the container filled with water to within 1-2 cm of the top of the container. If the water becomes cloudy you can put the arrangement under a faucet and flush out the cloudy water, replacing it with clear water flower arrangements in a cool location (65 to 72 degrees Fahrenheit) and away from heating or cooling vents, direct sunshine, and on top of televisions or radiators. Your flowers will last longer under cool conditions, so keep them away from any objects that generate heat.
PLANT CARE TIPS Plants thrive best in medium light conditions, but away from direct sunlight. Keep plants out of direct sunlight as this will deplete them of needed water and cause them to wilt. Place flowering potted plants in areas with the most light to maintain proper flower color and promote the maximum number of flowers to open. Non-flowering plants can be maintained in lower light conditions. Natural light is ideal, but plants can also live in office fluorescent light. Keep plant soil moist at all times and do not allow the plant to dry out or wilt. Orchid plants can be watered about once a week. The best method of watering is to remove the plant from its ceramic pot (but not from its plastic pot) and place the plant under running water for 3-4 minutes. Alternatively, place 5-6 ice cubes at the orchid's base once a week. Be careful not to overwater and never let plants stand in water, as their roots will rot. As with cut flower arrangements, keep plants away from excessive cold or heat. Plants like 65-72 degrees F and to be kept away from heating/cooling vents, direct sunlight, or on top of televisions or radiators.
